Frequently asked questions

What counts as an "export"?

Each individual shipper record you download counts as one export. If you export 50 records from a search, that uses 50 of your monthly allotment.

Do unused exports roll over?

No, export counts reset at the start of each billing cycle. Free trial exports are a one-time allotment and do not reset.

How is this different from the big horizontal databases like Apollo or ZoomInfo?

They sell horizontal databases — every business with a phone number. Apollo claims 60 million companies. ZoomInfo claims 500 million contacts. Both numbers are bigger than every business in America. You'd spend most of your day eliminating non-shippers — dentists, accountants, hair salons, software companies. We pre-filter to shipping industries and grade each one by likelihood. 300,000+ you can call, not 60 million you have to triage.

How is your pricing different from Apollo or ZoomInfo?

They charge a monthly subscription, then charge you again per contact to unlock phone numbers and emails — a "credits" system. Run out of credits, you pay overage. Hit a contact you already paid for last month, you pay again. We don't do that. Every paid tier — Starter, Professional, Enterprise — includes the full phone, email, and decision-maker name on every shipper in your search results. The only thing capped per tier is exports per month and AI query rows. What you pay monthly is what you spend. No surprises on the invoice.

Why don't you have personal contact info like the CEO's cell phone?

Because that's not what works in freight. Cold-calling decision-makers on their personal lines leads to getting cussed out, hung up on, and them changing their email and phone number to escape the spam — and the contact data you paid for self-destructs within months. We give you the company's primary contact path: main phone, general email, decision-maker's name and title. That's the path that stays current and that brokers actually use to get a call answered. Information that gets you cussed out and hung up on isn't what we sell.

Can I use this with Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes, on every paid tier — including the free trial. We run an MCP server that Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and any other MCP-capable assistant can call directly. Ask your AI: "find shippers near Cleveland with 500+ employees and recent news in the last 30 days." It calls our database, gets pre-graded shippers back, and writes the outreach email for you. What's a lane corridor search?

Lane corridor search lets you define a freight lane (origin and destination) with a corridor width in miles. The system finds all shippers within that corridor — perfect for finding customers along routes you already run. Professional and Enterprise only.

Why is carrier vetting included on every tier with no row cap?

The FMCSA carrier data behind our vetting tool — safety ratings, BASIC alerts, insurance, crash history — is public. Anyone willing to set up an account on FMCSA's SAFER portal can pull it row-by-row. We'd rather you pay us for the convenience layer (pre-joined, refreshed daily, with a UI and an AI tool that turn a 30-minute SAFER exercise into a 10-second filter) than artificially cap something you can scrape yourself. So: no row caps, no tier gates on the carrier surface — every authenticated user, including the free trial, gets the full ~340,000 active for-hire carrier dataset with the same vetting tools. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime and your account reverts to the free tier. You keep your account, search history, watchlists, and saved searches — but contact details will be masked and you won't be able to export new records until you re-subscribe.
